The organiser

Tech Ember Fest is organised by Nexprove (“we”, “us”). Contact: techemberfest@gmail.com, +234 703 054 6907.

Tickets and packages

Tickets are sold as packages (for example a community of 6, or a platinum table for 4). A package admits the number of people stated when you bought it, entering together, on 5 December 2026.

• The person who buys the package is the lead booker and is responsible for their group.
• Table packages include the table and the bottle listed. Alcohol is served only to guests aged 18 or over.
• Platinum community stands and backdrop placement are subject to our brand and content guidelines, which we'll send after purchase.

Buying and payment

Prices are in Nigerian naira and include everyone the package admits. You pay on our payment provider's secure page (Paystack or OPay). Your order is confirmed only when the payment succeeds and we email your ticket.

If a payment fails or you're charged twice, see the refund policy. We can cancel an order that was placed fraudulently or at an obviously wrong price.

Admission

• Show your QR ticket at the gate. Each QR code admits its package once; the first scan counts.
• Keep your ticket private. We aren't responsible if someone else uses a copy of it first.
• Entry may involve a bag search. We can refuse entry or remove anyone who breaks these terms, the code of conduct or the law, without a refund.

Transfers and resale

The lead booker may change the names in their group by emailing us before the event. Tickets may not be resold for profit or sold through unofficial channels; tickets bought that way can be cancelled without a refund.

Changes to the event

Line-ups, activities, games, times and the venue layout can change. We'll post changes on this site and email ticket holders about significant ones. If we cancel or postpone the whole event, the refund policy applies.

Photos, filming and your content

The fest will be photographed and filmed. By attending you agree we may use footage in which you appear to report on and promote Tech Ember Fest. You can ask us not to; see the privacy policy.

Phones and personal cameras are welcome. Professional recording equipment and live-streaming need our written permission. Showcase entrants keep ownership of their projects; by submitting one you let us feature its name, description and images on our channels.

Your safety and our liability

This is an outdoor event with games and physical activities. Take part at your own discretion and follow crew instructions. Look after your belongings; we aren't responsible for lost or stolen items except where we were negligent.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Nigerian law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your package.

Events outside our control

We aren't liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, public health orders, civil unrest or government action. In those cases the refund policy sets out what you get back.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We'll try to resolve any complaint with you directly first; if we can't, the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
